Anyway, I'm going to make a post with pictures of Vegas later. This post is to brag about my Super-Hubby! I was so sad to leave Vegas (we were only there for 3 1/2 days) that I was whining like a little kid. Poor Dan.. and Charlene.. and Paul who had to hear my cries. Charlene came up with the amazing idea of letting me and Logan stay for a few extra days, and I'm pretty sure my heart skipped a beat when I heard those words. SO.. Dan left Monday night, while Logan and I had a blast with Charlene's fam.
Dan made me think that he was SO busy while I was gone, that he had left the house a complete mess. Little did I know that he stayed up super late to clean, organize, and build shelves in our closets with the help of his awesome parents. We love our condo, but there is very little storage space and we have had to shove random things into our bedroom closets, the office closet, and Logan's closet which has been a nightmare! With the new baby coming, we didn't know what to do with all of our stuff, especially in the office since half of it will be her room.
Well.. he built SHELVES in our office closet which made SO much more space!
Another genius idea was to build an extra shelf in our laundry room/closet area..
Not only did he do all of that while fitting in well over 40 hours of work in the 4 days I was gone, but he finished building these mirrors that he had been working on. I walked into our room and saw this..
